Do you offer Gift Cards?
A: Yes, we offer Gift Cards that can be purchased online. Our gift cards make perfect presents for expecting parents, baby showers, and special occasions. They can be used to buy any product in our boutique, including baby gear, decor, toys, fashion, skincare, and other curated sustainable items for babies, kids, and mums. Once you purchase a gift card, it will be delivered to you or the recipient via email with a unique code. This code can be entered during checkout to redeem the value of the gift card. Our gift cards have a long expiration date of 6 months, allowing you or the recipient to shop at your convenience.
How can I track my order?
After placing your order, you'll get an email confirmation. Once dispatched, you'll receive another email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real-time. Our courier will also contact you via SMS or phone to confirm delivery details. Make sure to provide a valid email and contact number at checkout. If there's any issue with delivery, contact us and we'll help you out.

Can I cancel or amend the items in my order once it has been placed?
Please contact our customer service and we will assist you with your request. If the order has not been shipped, it will be possible to cancel the order in full or partially. If the order has been shipped, please wait to receive your order and request a return. To add items, please place a new order.
