PAYMENT

Option 1 - Credit/Debit Card Payment with secure online payment processing.

Option 2 - Cash on delivery. This option is available only within the United Arab Emirates.

Standard Delivery - United Arab Emirates (UAE) - All Emirates

We offer FREE SHIPPING within the UAE on orders above 400AED.

20AED delivery charge applies to orders below 400AED. The same charge applies to all Emirates.

Delivery charge is calculated on checkout.

Same Day Delivery United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Dubai only

Special service, charge AED40 applies. This option can be selected on checkout. Orders placed before 4pm are delivered the same day until 10pm. This service is not available on Sundays.

International
Delivery charge is calculated on checkout depending on your country and weight of your order.

Additional taxes or charges may occur within customs at the responsibility of the buyer/recipient.

SHIPPING

Standard Delivery - United Arab Emirates (UAE) - All Emirates

Domestic orders are shipped via our courier partner. Delivery can be scheduled by you at your convenience.
Most of the orders are shipped the same day and delivered the next business day or within 2 business days, stock permitting. We will contact you if an item you have ordered is out of stock to arrange an alternative.

Same Day Delivery United Arab Emirates (UAE) - Dubai only

Same day delivery service is available in Dubai only. Place your order before 4pm and receive the same day until 10pm. This service is not available on Sundays.

International

International orders are shipped through our international courier partners. Delivery can be scheduled by you at your convenience.
Please allow 3-5 business days to receive your order. However most of the orders are delivered within 3 business days, for example in the GCC, stock permitting. We will contact you if an item you have ordered is out of stock to arrange an alternative.

ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been received, and again when it has been dispatched. This second email includes your order tracking number and link to track your package in real time.

Our courier service will contact you via sms or phone call to confirm your preferred delivery time and place.

Please ensure you give us a valid and frequently accessed email address and contact number upon checkout.

RETURNS

We want you to be happy with your purchases from us.
You can return your item(s) within 7 days of receipt for an exchange or refund.

Terms & Conditions:

Order number or purchase receipt must be presented.
Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
Items must be in its original condition - unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
Packaging that is sealed must not be break open.
Furniture items are not elegible for return, unless the item box is unopened and the seal not broken.
Dubai purchases must be returned in store (DIFC) - Location Pin - unless the item is faulty.
Overseas purchases are not eligible for returns, unless the item is faulty.

Refunds:

Refunds are issued to the original mode of payment. Orders paid online are refunded to the credit credit/debit card used in your purchase. Orders paid with cash will be refunded via store credit voucher.
With exception of faulty goods, we can not refund shipment costs.
